We understand that the loss of a loved one leaves a lasting mark on your heart.
To help you cherish their memory, we are offering an opportunity to create a tribute to your loved one with our new Celebration of Life Tree.
This beautifully crafted tree will live in our office space, serving as a meaningful symbol of the love and memories we hold for those who have passed. You can engrave a name or special message on a leaf, and anyone is welcome to participate - whether or not the person you want to honor was in our care.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose your leaf and level of support: Select from our three beautiful leaf options.
- Personalize your message: Share the name or message you would like to be engraved.
- Your leaf will be added to the Celebration of Life Tree!

Terms and conditions:
Any donation you make for a leaf is in addition to any funds already received. We cannot back date donations to purchase a leaf.
The name and message engraved on your leaf will appear exactly as entered, so please check the spelling carefully.
Leaves are copper, silver, or gold, and can hold up to 80 characters including spaces and punctuation. Doves are brown or white.
